At Melt, every product is thoughtfully crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. As our products are personal use items, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.
However, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our customers.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review your request efficiently, kindly provide clear images or an unboxing video showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

Please note that slight variations in fragrance, texture, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. These are not considered defects.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

Melt is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical disruptions. However, we will always try our best to assist you in tracking and resolving such issues.
